Safety first
Ouro Minas cares about its customers, employees and suppliers. Faced with this unprecedented and delicate situation, it brought together managers and directors and set up a Strategic Committee exclusive to define an action plan with measures that collaborate for the reduction of contagion community, minimize the impacts it is us prepare for opportunities of the resumption.

We know that many people cannot stay at home right now. That's why we are here open and working to serve all customers who need Ouro Minas, with responsibility, safety and maintaining all our quality.
Remote Events
We created a modality to attend corporate events remotely, with total security, if this is your need.
Strict Protocols
We follow all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, World Health Organization and Anvisa. We intensified the cleaning of apartments and common areas, in addition to offering gel alcohol at various points in the hotel. All products used are professional and certified, effective to fight the virus. In addition, we have adopted a 72-hour quarantine in the rooms between the departure of a guest and the arrival of another.
Safe Food
Our restaurant remains open to guests, but with recommended spacing between tables. In addition, we reduced the prices of our Room Service menu, as a form of contribution and incentive to have meals inside the apartment. And a new delivery procedure was created, so that there is no contact between employee and customers.
